Accessibility
We want Doge Soda to work for as many people as possible, aiming at the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.
What we have done
- Text and controls meet AA contrast on the cream background and on the dark game boards.
- Every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus ring.
- Game results are announced in a status line that screen readers read aloud.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, animations are cut to a minimum and reels stop almost at once.
- Pages work at 400% zoom and on screens as narrow as 320 pixels.
- The site uses your device's own fonts and loads nothing from other companies, so it stays quick on slow connections.
Known limits
Some games are visual by nature. Scratch cards can be revealed with one button instead of dragging, and the roulette layout uses labelled buttons, but the reel animations themselves are not described step by step; the final result always is.
Tell us about a barrier
If something does not work for you, email hello@dogesoda.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within two working days.
