1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits dogesoda.com ("Doge Soda", "the site"). The site is operated by Muzzammil Media (Private) Limited ("we", "us"), registered in Pakistan under SECP, CUIN: 0184739, with its registered office at Street 6 D 322, Lahore 54100, Pakistan. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our privacy notice and cookie policy explain how we handle information.

2. Who can use the site

The site is for adults aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. By confirming your age and by creating an account you tell us that you meet both conditions. If you are under 18 you must not use the site.

3. Free play only

Doge Soda is a free-to-play social casino for entertainment only. There is no real money play, no in-app purchases and no prizes of monetary value. Nothing on the site can be bought, and nothing you collect can be cashed in, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or anything else of value. Playing or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

4. Accounts

• Accounts are free and are stored only in the browser on the device where you created them. We do not hold a copy and cannot see, restore or move them.
• Keep your password and recovery code private. Anyone with access to your device and browser may be able to use your account.
• One person, one account. Please give your real date of birth; giving a false one to get around the age limit breaks these terms.
• Clearing your browser's site data deletes your account. We cannot recover it.

5. Fizz and rewards

Fizz is a play currency with no cash value. It is given free: as welcome Fizz when you join, at the Fizz Bar, for orders, and as a top-up on the house when your balance is low. Demo credits for guests work the same way but are never saved. Fizz, levels, Cap Club tiers and any other progress are not your property, have no value outside the site and may be reset if we change or end a feature, or if they were gained by breaking these terms.

6. Fair use

Please do not interfere with the site or other people's use of it. In particular, do not try to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, use automated play, or change stored data to give yourself Fizz or progress. Do not send abusive, unlawful or misleading messages through the contact form.

7. The games

All games are Doge Soda originals. Results are random and each game's rules and paytable are published on its page. If a fault affects a round, for example a display error, the result held by the game's rules applies, and we may correct or void affected Fizz. We may add, change or retire games at any time.

8. Breaks and closing an account

You can take a break of 1, 7, 30 or 182 days from your profile. During a break the account cannot be opened, and breaks cannot be shortened. You can delete your account at any time from your profile. If you are worried about your play, our responsible play page lists free UK help.

9. Our content

The games, artwork, characters (including Marlowe), text and code on the site belong to Doge Soda or are used with permission. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, sell or redistribute them.

10. Liability

The site is provided free and "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Because the service is free and has no monetary element, we are not liable for loss of Fizz, progress or data, or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will say so on the site.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer laws of your home nation still apply.
